Located in Zonset Residences, this project focuses on compact, high-efficiency Airbnb units designed for modern short-term living.

Each apartment features a one-bedroom + living area layout, thoughtfully designed to maximize space, comfort, and functionality within a smaller footprint. The goal was to create an environment that feels open, warm, and fully equipped—ideal for both short and mid-term stays.

Using KIERO’s “Airbnb Ready” packages, every unit was delivered as a turnkey solution: fully furnished, styled, and ready to rent. The design prioritizes smart layouts, multi-functional furniture, and durable materials that support high occupancy while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

From integrated living spaces to cozy, well-appointed bedrooms, each detail enhances usability without compromising design. The result is a collection of efficient, ready-to-operate homes that optimize rental performance, guest experience, and long-term value.
